Parsons Group, a family owned company, has been providing service enhanced housing for seniors since 1984. Owned and operated by Bob and Alyce Parsons, Parsons Group and its affiliates provide Independent Living, Assisted Living, Alzheimer's Care and Skill Nursing services to the full economic spectrum of seniors in California, Texas and Arizona.
Parsons Group and its entities are able to provide services to a broad spectrum of the senior population. We provide management services to low-income and affordable, service-enhanced, senior projects, consulting and interim management services to institutional owners, as well as own and operate market-rate projects.

Robert boasts twenty-three years of experience in business and management, overseeing all financial aspects of the company, business development, and institutional relationships necessary to its continued growth and success.
Alyce Parsons
President and COO
Alyce has spent the past fifteen years managing retirement and Assisted Living communities, and is recognized for her ability to speak fluently and act capably on issues particular to this industry. Well studied in the field of therapeutic architectural design, Alyce clearly understands the crucial role a project's design and operation has in creating a therapeutic environment to ensure the highest quality care will be provided at Parsons House facilities.
