Assisted Living

For residents that require assistance but still want to maintain their independence, Assisted Living lets residents enjoy all the comforts of home, including their own apartment. It's the privacy they want along with extra help when they need it.

Assisted Living allows residents to access personal care service when they need them, providing access to 24 hour health care staffing and assistance. Services can be offered in any of our apartments.  We provide four levels of assisted living services.  Level of service is determined by the needs of the individual.  Services can include:

• Health assessment monitoring
• Assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Medication assistance
• Routine Checks
• Escorts
• Encouragement to participate in activities
• Appointment making
• Meal reminders
• Daily snacks
• Occasional standby assistance
• Weekly laundry
• Assistance with self managed incontinence and manageable incontinence
• Toileting
• Daily reminders and encouragement
• Resident Case Management while in the hospital, rehab, etc.

The Assisted Living apartments feature:

• Spacious floor plans
• Kitchenettes (in some apartments)
• Wall to wall carpeting
• Large closets
• Individually controlled heat and A/C
• Private bathroom with step in shower and emergency call system
• All Utilities including basic cable
