“Finding greatness in every moment is what I strive to do. It is the little things that make the biggest difference. Stopping to lead a hand, a smile, a hug and just to say the words I love you. Working as a caregiver for 5 years I have seen what really caring for someone can do. When your work is caring for another person it can be the most rewarding feeling. Working in Memory Care fits me like the perfect little black dress that was on the sales rack and when I see my residents shake a tail feather it warms my heart.
